About ME

Hi! I am Rachel, I am a birth and postpartum doula who services families all over Connecticut. I am a mom of 3 wonderful children. Each birth of one of my children has shaped the doula that I am today, shining more light into the support that lacks for families in some of the most vulnerable times of their lives. I love watching parents become parents and I love walking besides them in that journey and helping them gain the confidence inside them to hold conviction and trust the intuition that they have as parents. Postpartum is one of the rawest moments that can crack you open and shape you into a new person and I like to serve my families helping them navigate that.
